ROLE OVERVIEW
Mainline Menswear is one of the largest independent retailers of men’s designer clothing in the UK, carrying all of the biggest names in the world of fashion and clothing. Due to substantial company growth we are looking to recruit a talented Web Developer to join us. Working within the existing web development team the successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining and developing the companies’ websites and in-house systems. You will be a bright, driven and energetic individual who can work alone or collaboratively to achieve project deadlines and targets.

Located on the outskirts of Scarborough, close to the A64, Seamer train station and public transport with free parking.
Full time, office based and the working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Competitive Salary, Dependent on Experience & Skillset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help maintain and develop the companies growing eCommerce website.
  • Maintain and develop all internal systems.
  • Build bespoke web systems as part of a team or individually. This can include small projects lasting a few days or large project lasting weeks.
  • Find and fix system bugs and issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Experience and expertise in web development is preferred but not essential as we would be willing to interview recent high calibre graduates.
  • A good working knowledge of PHP.
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL.
  • The ability to work confidently and effectively within a MySQL database.
  • Must be able to self-organise and manage / plan your own time effectively.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Mainline Menswear is one of the largest independent retailers of men’s designer clothing in the UK, carrying all of the biggest names in the world of fashion and clothing. Due to substantial company growth over the winter period we are looking to recruit 8 temporary Warehouse Operatives to join us. Working within the existing Warehouse Team and reporting your Team Leader the successful applicants will be primarily responsible for picking, packing and dispatching orders. You will be a bright, driven and energetic individual who can work efficiently to ensure all targets are met.
Located on the outskirts of Scarborough, close to the A64, Seamer train station and public transport with free parking.

All 8 roles are temporary and for a minimum of 40 hours per week, over 12 weeks and the working hours are dependent on a rotational shift pattern of either 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm with some weekend and overnight work. Dependent on age the hourly rate is either minimum or living wage.

Although these are temporary positions there is a possibility that there may be some permanent roles available after the initial 12 weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To pick orders using the warehouse scanning system and picking trolleys.
  • Process Single and Multiple Orders separately.
  • Look into any stock anomalies as advised before reporting them missing.
  • Check the quality of the items that are being dispatched including repackaging items that need it.
  • To dispatch orders ensuring all items are scanned and placed into the correct size packaging, sealed and stickered.
  • Unload deliveries and scan all boxes received.
  • Check off stock that has been delivered following current procedures. Report any discrepancies to Data Entry.
  • Stock taking as and when required.
  • Fold photo stock and put away in the correct locations using WIP1.
  • Assist the Returns Department by putting returns away using WIPW2.
  • Condense items into new locations to create space for new season products.
  • Replace any damaged storage boxes as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

We are currently looking for a male model for various ‘looks’ and ‘styles’ taken in different locations to be included in our media across various channels. The media will then be featured across social, video, website, blog and print and will include clothing from some of world’s largest designer brands such as Hugo Boss, Armani and Ralph Lauren. We are ideally looking for models that are based in and around Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and are available on a casual basis. We are flexible with dates/times and can discuss this further upon being chosen. Transport will be provided between locations and you will be working with our existing models and creative marketing team.

Requirements:

Males, aged 18 to 35 from Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Minimum experience: Beginner, starting out
