ROLE OVERVIEW

Mainline Menswear is one of the largest independent retailers of men’s designer clothing in the UK, carrying all the biggest names in the world of fashion and clothing. Due to substantial company growth, we are looking for a UX Designer and Data Analyst to join us. Working within the eCommerce Team the successful applicant will be responsible for the User Experience (UX) and Data Analysis processes for the company. You will demonstrate a strong desire to solve problems, interpret data and drive positive change. Essentially the candidate will display a methodical and organized personality and be a great communicator with a high level of attention to detail to their work.

Located on the outskirts of Scarborough, close to the A64, Seamer train station & public transport with free parking.
The role is office based and the working hours are 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Working with heads of departments to develop the UX program for Mainline Menswear across Mobile, App and Desktop sites.
·         Consult, collaborate and document your design process, moving from original idea to final output.
·         Monitor and report on your tests before analysing and presenting your final conclusions.
·         Creation of ad hoc reports, detailing various metrics and information from a wide range of data sources.
·         Setup and maintain standardised reporting that measures various KPIs and metrics across the business.
·         Deep dive available data and feedback relevant information to key stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS
·         Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
·         A:B / MVT testing experience processes and tools such as Monetate, Google Optimize etc.
·         Experience of data analysis and manipulation, ideally within eCommerce.
·         Good working knowledge of data capture and manipulation tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc.
·         Previous experience of standard research methods and reporting.
·         Ability to present your research, design process and thinking, not just your final designs.

Mainline Menswear are a leading independent retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK. Based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire we are currently looking for a hardworking, friendly individual join our small team reporting into the Customer Service Manager.

The Role
The role is to provide first class customer service on behalf of Mainline Menswear dealing with a variety of customer queries. Ideally you should have some background in a telephony customer service role and be confident when dealing with customers on the telephone, instant messenger and via email. Key responsibilities include; 
  • Answering customer telephone calls.
  • Answering customer queries using Instant Messenger.
  • Replying to customer emails.
  • Measuring garments to provide accurate sizing for customers.
  • Completing customer return paperwork.
  • Dealing with refunds / exchanges.
  • Sending PayPal requests.
  • Liaising with clients for customer returns/ faults etc.
  • Setting up orders.
  • Taking payments via Sagepay.
  • Tracking parcels and speaking to delivery courier to chase up deliveries when required.

About You
We are looking for a hardworking, friendly individual to join our small team reporting into the Customer Service Manager. Required to work on a rota basis covering shifts between 8am-10pm Monday-Sunday. Working on a shift pattern with some flexibility required in order to cover holidays/sickness. 
  • Required to work a minimum of one weekend per month during non sale periods Saturday or Sunday.
  • Required to work a minimum of two weekends per month during sale periods Saturday or Sunday.
  • Requirement to work Bank Holidays as needed.
  • Requirement to cover sickness/absence on weekend rota.
  • A good command of English language.
  • Flexibility to work within a team or on own initiative.

Reports to: Team Leader

Summary of position:

Work with warehouse colleagues to ensure efficient, safe and accurate handling of stock, and delivery of high quality service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To pick orders using the warehouse scanning system and picking trolleys.
  • Process Single and Multiple Orders separately.
  • Look into any stock anomalies as advised before reporting them missing.
  • Check the quality of the items that are being dispatched including repackaging items that need it. 
  • To dispatch orders ensuring all items are scanned and placed into the correct size packaging, sealed and stickered. 
  • Unload deliveries and scan all boxes received.
  • Check off stock that has been delivered following current procedures. Report any discrepancies to Data Entry.
  • Identify Top Up via the manufacturers’ barcode, add to stock, sticker and put away in the correct location.
  • Ensure the correct sample size is taken into Data Entry for all new items.
  • Sticker, scan the manufacturers barcode and locate all new items.
  • Stock taking as and when required.
  • Fold photo stock and put away in the correct locations using WIP1.
  • Assist the Returns Department by putting returns away using WIPW2.
  • Condense items into new locations to create space for new season products.
  • Replace any damaged storage boxes as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

We are currently looking for a male model for various ‘looks’ and ‘styles’ taken in different locations to be included in our media across various channels. The media will then be featured across social, video, website, blog and print and will include clothing from some of world’s largest designer brands such as Hugo Boss, Armani and Ralph Lauren. We are ideally looking for models that are based in and around Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and are available on a casual basis. We are flexible with dates/times and can discuss this further upon being chosen. Transport will be provided between locations and you will be working with our existing models and creative marketing team.
