We are currently looking for a male model for various ‘looks’ and ‘styles’ taken in different locations to be included in our media across various channels. The media will then be featured across social, video, website, blog and print and will include clothing from some of world’s largest designer brands such as Hugo Boss, Armani and Ralph Lauren. We are ideally looking for models that are based in and around Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and are available on a casual basis. We are flexible with dates/times and can discuss this further upon being chosen. Transport will be provided between locations and you will be working with our existing models and creative marketing team.

Requirements:

Males, aged 18 to 35 from Scarborough, North Yorkshire
Minimum experience: Beginner, starting out

ROLE OVERVIEW

Mainline Menswear is one of the largest independent retailers of men’s designer clothing in the UK, carrying all of the biggest names in the world of fashion and clothing. Due to substantial company growth we are looking for a social media expert to join us. Working within the Marketing Team and reporting to the Marketing Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for the social media strategy for the company. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of all main social media platforms and experience in producing engaging content, tailored for particular audiences and driven by a mix of company marketing strategy and available data. A necessity to understand best practice, algorithms and apply workplace experience to further enhance our social media is a must. Experience of managing a large paid social advertising budget would be advantageous.

Salary is dependent on skill set and experience.

Located on the outskirts of Scarborough, close to the A64, Seamer train station & public transport with free parking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the social strategy and subsequent creation of all social content, ensuring close synergy with the company marketing strategy.
  • Build and launch organic and paid campaigns to increase channel reach, community size and ROI in line with pre-agreed targets.
  • Align social media with other on site campaigns, offering support to all channels but particularly SEO, CRM, Affiliate, and printed media.
  • Work with the creative team to produce media to a strict deadline and to brand/supplier guidelines.
  • Provide written content that is engaging, accurate and fits with it’s true purpose.
  • Track and monitor traffic, reach and sales from organic and paid social channels.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • A passion for social media, community building and storytelling.
  • Experience managing and forecasting paid social budgets.
  • Previous experience of managing social media strategy.
  • Experience of men’s fashion and/or online digital marketing would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to interpret data, drawing conclusions & use findings to enhance social channels.
  • A high level of attention to detail to all aspects of work.

THE ROLE

Mainline Menswear is the largest independent retailer of men’s designer clothing in the UK, carrying all of the biggest names in the world of fashion and clothing. Due to substantial company growth we are looking for a Marketing Executive with a creative skillset to join us. Working within the Marketing Team and assisting the Creative Lead the successful applicant will be responsible for working on campaigns and producing high quality assets for digital marketing and print. We are looking for somebody who is a confident photographer and full of great ideas. You will be a bright, driven & energetic individual who will be able to demonstrate an ability to create relevant, engaging & interesting assets whilst also considering the key trends of our target audience, the placement of the content & its purpose. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Working within the marketing team to produce effective ideas for digital and print campaigns
•Photography for daily social media posts, email, website & blog visuals. 
•Photography on all photoshoots for marketing campaigns  
•Assisting with print and digital production during busy periods. 
•Work closely with the creative lead to organise shoots and event logistics 
•Photo manipulation and retouching.
•Working with the social media team to plan and ensure imagery is consistent and assets are created as per deadlines
•Following brand and supplier brand guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all assets produced
•Ownership of the marketing asset bank ensuring only current content is used on-site and across all marketing channels
•Manage daily tasks in a deadline-driven environment

ABOUT YOU

You must be a motivated individual who takes pride in their work & enjoys applying a high level of detail to any task undertaken. An interest in fashion, marketing, or a desire to learn more is a must. Ideally, you would possess the following skills:
•Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom & In-Design.
•Graphic design skills would be beneficial but not required. 
•A true creative with an excellent eye for detail.
•Can consistently create visually engaging, on-brand ideas.
•A positive attitude & energetic approach to any task.
•Ability to contribute & offer your own opinions & ideas within discussions 
•Must be able to self-organise & plan your own time effectively.
•Ability to collaborate successfully with key stakeholders and manage expectations accordingly.
•Flexibility – ability to work in a fast paced & ever changing online digital landscape which could require the job holder to change the way they perform certain tasks without much notice.
•Experienced photographer, fashion experience would be beneficial but not required.
